We need more inititives like this which are mediated transferes between individuals (and small businesses) to individuals (intending to start businesses). The time of capistic mass control of resourse management of resourses is coming to a sunset with the dramatic results of mircocrediting recognised internationaly with its Asain leader taking a nobel prize.
