Who We Are

We are social change catalysts. We support sustainable solutions to global poverty and inspire youth to create a better world.

At Global Agents for Change we believe that no dream is too big and nothing is impossible, that inspired and motivated young people can truly change the world.

  • We provide funding and mentorship for young social entrepreneurs (12-18) with projects capable of meaningful impact, and work with teachers and schools to speak with young people about the power of youth to shape their world.
  • We are building the world’s largest youth run microcredit fund, supporting hundreds of developing world entrepreneurs in their struggle to escape poverty and tangibly connecting young people to global issues.

Global Agents for Change (Global AFC) is a registered non-profit founded in January of 2007 by a group of young professionals, university students and social change agents from Vancouver, Canada. Our goal is no less than to change the world.

Please take the time to wander the site and learn more, and as many portions are still under development feel free to contact us with any questions! We’re always looking for new Agents…

It is community endevours like this which shall change the world. We need more inititives like this which are mediated transferes between individuals (and small businesses) to individuals (intending to start businesses). The time of capistic mass control of resourse management of resourses is coming to a sunset with the dramatic results of mircocrediting recognised internationaly with its Asain leader taking a nobel prize. Good Luck Mr. Peters and company, I only wish I could be a comrade in arms (or tires) on your ride.

You guys should also have some sort of soundtrack. Many musicians would be more than willing to donate a song to your cause, then you throw them onto the Agents of Change Riding to Break the Cycle Project Soundtrack and you will hear a super sonic BOOM! I don’t have any “money” to donate, but my ideas are both abundant and free.
